I understand that the estimated cost plus the $10 buffer must be paid before service begins.

I confirm that all information provided is accurate. I understand that Omni Errand Services will review my request and send a payment invoice that must be paid before the errand begins. I understand that cancellation before arrival incurs a fee of $5, and cancellation after arrival incurs a fee of $10. I understand that return trips, mileage, urgency, shopping buffers, waiting time, bulky item fees, and weather surcharges may apply, as per company policy.

Base fee for standard errands is $15 for the first 5 miles.

Mileage beyond 5 miles is $1.50 per mile.

Additional stops are $5 each.

Urgency service has a $12 fee.

Waiting time has a 10-minute grace period, then $5 per 15 minutes.

Shopping errands require the estimated item total plus a $10 buffer.

Bulky orders, special handling, and key or access coordination incur an additional $5.

Document errands and high-value items require signature verification and a $5 handling fee.

Holiday service adds $15.

Return trips are $5 plus mileage.
