Welcome to our FAQ page. Here you will find answers to the most common questions about Omni Errand Services, how we operate, and what you can expect when booking an errand.

1. How do I request an errand?

You can request an errand by completing our online Request Form. Once we receive your information, we review the details, calculate the correct pricing, and send you an invoice. The errand begins after payment is confirmed.

2. When do I pay for the service?

Payment must be completed before the errand begins.

After you submit your request, we will send an invoice with the final amount, which is based on the distance, timing, stops, and any additional fees.

3. What areas do you serve?

We currently serve:

• Southaven

• Olive Branch

• Horn Lake

We also accept limited requests in select parts of Memphis and Hernando.

Errands outside these areas may not be accepted.

4. Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. Same-day and urgent requests are accepted, subject to availability.

Urgency requests include a twelve-dollar urgency fee.

5. What is the base cost of an errand?

 

The base fee for a standard errand is fifteen dollars for the first five miles.

Mileage beyond five miles is $1.50 per mile.

Additional stops and special conditions may add to the total cost.

6. Do you shop for customers?

Yes. We offer full shopping errands.

If you have not prepaid for your items, you will be asked to send the estimated item total plus a ten-dollar buffer. Any unused balance is refunded at the end of the errand.

7. How do you handle legal or high-value items?

These items require a five-dollar handling fee and signature confirmation.

They are transported securely in a protective pouch and delivered directly to the intended recipient, accompanied by verification.

8. What if I need to cancel my errand?

Cancellations before arrival are five dollars.

Cancellations after arrival are ten dollars.

These fees help cover time and travel costs already incurred.

9. Do you work on weekends or holidays?

We operate

• Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM

• Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM

• Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM

We are closed on Saturdays in observance of the Sabbath.

Holiday errands include a fifteen-dollar premium.

10. Do you enter homes or assist inside the house?

Yes. We offer in-house assistance for light tasks such as organization, waiting for technicians, or light household help.

In-house services are billed separately at $20 per 30 minutes or $35 per hour.

11. What happens if the delivery location is unsafe or unclear?

If an environment is deemed unsafe or the location is unclear, the errand may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled. A return trip fee may be applicable if we are unable to complete the delivery due to issues beyond our control.

12. Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership plans that include discounted rates, priority scheduling, and a set number of errands each month. Members receive consistent support at predictable monthly rates.

13. Do you offer refunds?

Completed errands are non-refundable.

Membership payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Shopping refunds apply only to unused portions of the item buffer.

14. How will I know my errand is complete?

You will receive confirmation based on your chosen method, which may include:

• A photo

• A signature confirmation

• A direct message or update

15. Can I request a custom or unusual errand?

Yes. If the request is reasonable, safe, and within our guidelines, we will do our best to assist. Custom errands are reviewed individually and approved before being processed.
