Our Policy

Omni Errand Services Policies and Customer Terms Welcome to Omni Errand Services. Our goal is to serve every customer with clarity, fairness, and professionalism. The following policies explain how we operate, how fees are applied, how your information is handled, and what you can expect when requesting service. These policies apply to all errands, memberships, and interactions with Omni Errand Services. ⸻ 1. Terms and Conditions Service Approval All errands must be reviewed and approved by Omni Errand Services before service begins. We reserve the right to decline any errand request that is unsafe, inappropriate, or outside our service guidelines. Payment Requirement All payments must be completed before the errand begins. Pricing is confirmed after we review your request. Arrival and Availability If the customer is unavailable at the pickup or drop off location, additional fees may apply. If a return trip is required, a five dollar fee plus mileage applies. Customer Information Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop off addresses, instructions, and details. Incorrect information may delay or prevent service. Service Completion Errands are considered complete once the item is delivered, confirmed, or photographed according to customer preference. ⸻ 2. Refund and Cancellation Policy Errand Cancellations • Cancel before arrival: 5 dollars • Cancel after arrival: 10 dollars Refunds for Single Errands Errands that have already been completed are non refundable. Shopping Errands Customers who have not prepaid must send: • The estimated item cost • A ten dollar buffer Any unused balance is refunded immediately after the errand. Membership Refunds Membership fees are non refundable once a billing cycle begins. No refunds for unused errands. Company Cancellations If Omni Errand Services cancels an errand due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues, you may receive a refund or reschedule at no cost. ⸻ 3. Payment and Billing Policy Accepted Payments Payments are processed through secure third party platforms such as Wix Payments or Square. We do not store card information. Billing for Single Errands Most errands require manual pricing based on: • Base fee • Mileage • Additional stops • Urgency • Wait time • Shopping total • Special handling An invoice is sent after approval. Membership Billing Memberships renew monthly until cancelled by the customer. Membership changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Additional Fees Mileage, urgency, weather fees, bulky item fees, and wait time are applied according to our published pricing. ⸻ 4. Privacy and Security Policy Information We Collect We collect information needed to complete your errand such as name, address, phone number, email, pickup and drop off locations, and instructions. How Information Is Used Information is used only for completing your errand, billing, communication, and verification. Information Sharing We do not sell or rent information. Information is shared only with payment processors or as required by law. Document Handling Documents are handled securely in a protected pouch. Sensitive items are not opened, copied, or reviewed. Signature confirmation is required for legal and high value items. Photo and Signature Verification Photos or signatures are used only for delivery confirmation and stored securely. ⸻ 5. Service Area Policy We currently serve: • Southaven • Olive Branch • Horn Lake We accept limited requests in: • Select parts of Memphis • Select parts of Hernando Requests outside these areas may not be accepted. ⸻ 6. Safety and Handling Policy Item and Environment Safety We may decline errands involving unsafe conditions such as aggressive pets, poor lighting, unstable entrances, or unclear instructions. Weather and Road Conditions Bad weather may delay or reschedule service. A five dollar weather surcharge may apply in severe conditions. High Value and Sensitive Items A five dollar handling fee applies. Signature confirmation is required. ⸻ 7. Holiday and After Hours Policy Holiday Premium Holiday errands incur a fifteen dollar premium. Hours of Operation • Monday through Thursday: 9 AM to 9 PM • Friday: 9 AM to 2 PM • Saturday: Closed in observance of the Sabbath • Sunday: 8 AM to 3 PM Requests outside these hours may be reviewed the next business day. ⸻ 8. Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: • Provide accurate instructions and information • Ensure safe access to the pickup and drop off location • Pay the full invoice before service begins • Be available during the scheduled time window • Communicate any changes promptly Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation fees or return trip charges. ⸻ 9. Agreement to Policies By requesting service, submitting a form, purchasing a membership, or completing payment, the customer agrees to all policies on this page.
